PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Event: Dare To Compare Demo Experience

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.
1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that participating in the boat driving and/or water sports demo experience involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and even death. I understand that these activities may include, but are not limited to, driving a boat, participating in water sports such as wakeboarding, water skiing, wake surfing, and other related activities.
2. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to, risks of injury, illness, damage to property, or death, whether caused by the negligence of the event organizers, instructors, or other participants.
3. Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue [Your Company/Organization Name], its owners, directors, officers, employees, instructors, agents, and volunteers (collectively referred to as "the Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, while participating in this event.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the event.
5. Medical Treatment
I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if I am injured or become ill during the event. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation.
6. Photographic Release
I grant permission to Salt Coast to take and use photographs, videos, or other recordings of me during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation to me.
7. Governing Law
This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8. Severability
If any provision of this waiver and release is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be severed from this document, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
9. Entire Agreement
This waiver and release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter hereof.
I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE. I AM SIGNING IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY, INTENDING TO BE LEGALLY BOUND.
