Cody Hesse is a Valdosta Wake Compound native, he’s spent more time riding there than any other wake park. This experience has provided Cody a chance to ride almost every board out there and the Codyak is his vision. Selecting his favorite features and working with Aaron Stumpf to ensure the best construction possible, this is by far his favorite shape ever. Cody describes his new board saying “I shaped a simple, easy to ride board for everyone, like a standard shape with a narrow profile and thin as can be.” Hyperlite in convinced you’ll enjoy this free feeling, forgiving & festive new shape.

  • Woodlite Core
The perfect core for park boards with a lively feel and deep-rooted durability. 100% lightweight Paulownia is the meat in this gourmet sandwich, 20% lighter than the competition.
  • Abrupt Continuous Rocker
This rocker line adds a little more kick to the speed that so many riders look for. The Abrupt Continuous rocker line transitions to a slightly exaggerated tip and tail rocker, creating added pop without sacrificing speed into the wake.
  • Variable Edge Design
Edge shapes that differ from tip to tail, most commonly shifting to sharper edges near tip & tail from a more forgiving, rounded or beveled shape under stance.
  • Reinforced Stance Area
Additional fiberglass laminates to the stance platform managing flex between your feet while increasing flex in the tip & tail.
  • Sintered Base
Our Sintered Base material is the strongest, most durable running surface we offer. The Sintered formula undergoes a process that creates a strong bond between particles, making the finished product nearly indestructible. This base option is the perfect choice for the cable park season pass holder.
  • Urethane Sidewall
Molded urethane flexes seamlessly with a wakeboard and bonds to top and base laminates for a fully bonded super tough construction.
  • Flat Tip / Tail Base Design
A minimal shape approach providing a solid connection to features while pressing or a loose feel on a skim style surfer.
  • Sized Up Philosophy
Advances in board construction have reduced board's overall weight, keeping swing weight at a minimum. Combined with the wake sizes of today, this evolution means it’s time to ride a larger board delivering more pop and airtime plus more stable and secure landings.
  • Aaron Stumpf
Aaron Stumpf leads the Hyperlite research and development team shaping many of our bestselling wakeboards and surfers. A product design specialist with 25 years of experience, Aaron also creates our manufacturing processes and innovative construction formulas.
  • M6 Inserts
Delivers a more secure fit of the bolts to the inserts, improving bolt retention keeping binding hardware locked down.
